Hello fans and friends in tea,For nearly a decade, Tea Journey has brought together tea journalists, academics, and professionals to share the rich stories, cultures, and traditions of tea. Since our launch in May 2015, we've been headquartered in Winnipeg, Canada, but we’re now ready to take an exciting step to mark our 10th anniversary — relocating to the tea lands themselves in Bengaluru, India, in 2025.In countries where tea is grown, it's much more than a product - it's a source of livelihood and pride. Tea Journey links the millions of people who make tea and those who drink it to drive greater appreciation for all.Tea Journey is a tea lover's companion, a friendly voice with the most exciting tales to enjoy in the company of a cup of tea.Led by Editor Aravinda Anantharaman, Tea Journey’s new phase promises to continue its legacy as the authentic voice of the tea lands, serving tea enthusiasts, industry professionals, and smallholder farmers around the world.

THE Vision

Relocating brings us to the heart of tea cultivation and culture. The move reduced overhead and allows us to deepen our connection with the industry and the smallholder farmers who are essential to tea's story. Your investment will help fund this transition in three stages:1. Legal and Administrative Setup: Ensuring smooth business registration, permit acquisition, and intellectual property registration in both Canada and India.
2. Operational Upgrades: Funding equipment, modern software, and part-time staff to maintain and grow the magazine’s high-quality content from a newly established home office.
3. Enhanced Storytelling: Expanding storytelling formats, adding diverse contributors, and nurturing the tea community through vibrant, global narratives.
